Baked Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. diced onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 small green pepper
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (15 oz.) can butter beans, drained
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 (18 oz.) can baked beans
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 c. diced Canadian bacon
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil until soft.
    Remove from heat and combine with remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Put mix into 2-quart casserole dish and place in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, uncovered.
    Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese and bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese melts. Serves 4.
