Slow Cooked B.B.Q. Pork Or Beef

Brown meat on all sides. Put B.B.Q. sauce into slow cooker. Set on high and add 2 bottles of water, stir, then add meat to mixture. Sprinkle onion over and around sides of meat and top with the onion soup mix. When mixture begins to boil, turn down to low and cook for 10 hours. This roast will fall to pieces and melt in your mouth.

Southern B B Q

1. Put pork roast, 1 c. water, cloves, and 1 large onion (sliced) in crock pot. Cook overnight on very low heat.
2. Take pork out next morning and let cool. Discard juices
saving 1/2 c.
After pork has cooled pull it apart
using two forks (or your fingers). Throw away any fat.
3. Put shredded pork back in crock pot. Add diced onion
and BBQ sauce. Cook on low heat another 5-6 hours. Add
reserved juice if needed.

B.B.Q. Mini Meat Loaves

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat egg in bowl.
Mix in beef, pork, 2/3 C. barbecue sauce, crumbs, parsley, onion, garlic, and salt.
Shape scant 3/4 C. mixture into 4 x 2 x 1 inch loaf, for total of 6. Place on jelly-roll pan.
Top each loaf with about 2 Tbsp. of remaining barbecue sauce.
Bake in 350 degree oven 30 minutes.
Let stand on pan 10 minutes.
Serve immediately or cool completely; refrigerate and serve cold.

B B Q Abalone

1. Clean abalone and tenderize with hammer wrapped in T-shirt. 2. Put meat in shell without shirt. 3. Add 1/2 c. dressing or wine. 4. Wrap in foil and cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.

Stove Top Baked Beans

Brown the diced bacon. Remove from grease and place into a pan containing the pork and beans. Add the brown sugar, yellow mustard B.B.Q. sauce, and dried onions. Mix well. Add 3 tbsp. bacon grease. Taste. You should be able to lightly taste the bacon, if not, add 1 more tbsp.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring often. When it begins to boil, cover and lower the heat. Let simmer at least 1 hour at lower temperature. Stir often. Turn off heat, remove lid and let stand for 10 minutes. Eat and enjoy.

C. Y. O. B. Mix(Choose Your Own Booze)

In small saucepan, combine water, sugar, cinnamon and cloves; bring to boiling.
Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain out spices and discard.
Chill syrup.
In glass pitcher, combine apple juice, nectar, lemon juice and the chilled spiced syrup.
Add lemon slices.
To serve, pour 1 jigger of your favorite liquor over ice in a glass.
Add C.Y.O.B. mix; stir. (Makes about 4 1/2 cups mix.)

B.B. King'S Beale Street Blues Sauce

In a large saucepan, combine ingredients.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.
Remove bay leaves. Serve warm.
Refrigerate unused sauce for up to several weeks.

B-B-Q

Combine all ingredients and bring to boil.
Add meat and simmer about 45 minutes.

The Bible Cake

Cream a and b. Beat c and d until frothy; add e, mixing well. Add to creamed mixture and beat thoroughly.
Sift f with g and add to first mixture.
Chop h and i and sprinkle well with a little of f before adding j, 1 teaspoon each and beat 5 minutes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.

Luke'S B.B.Q. Ribs

In roasting pan, place vegetables in bottom of pan and place rack over vegetables. Add enough water to the dry ingredients to make a thin paste. Brush ribs on both sides with paste to cover thickly, place in roasting pan, bake at 300 degrees for 3-4 hours.

Carol'S B&B Blueberry Muffins

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in blueberries. Add milk, egg and butter. Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. The batter will be lumpy. Do not over beat. Spoon batter into twelve muffin cups. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Serve warm.

B.B.Q. Country Ribs

Mix all ingredients together and boil for 5 minutes.
Roll ribs in flour & brown in oleo.
Put into a cooking bag.
Pour sauce over meat and bake 2 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
Makes 6 servings.

B B Q Ribs

Dip ribs in flour and brown in small amount of oil.
Place ribs in sauce made with remaining ingredients.
Spoon sauce over ribs to make sure they are covered.
Cover pan and simmer at 220\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or more.
Turn ribs once or twice.
Add water as needed, in small amounts.

Bar-B-Que Cups

Brown meat in skillet; drain.
Add bar-b-que sauce, brown sugar and onion; mix well.
Place each biscuit in a greased muffin pan; press down and up the sides.
Spoon meat mixture into cups; top with grated cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.

Lonie Pickard'S B~B~Q Sauce

Mix all ingredients and boil 30 minutes slowly.

Homemade B~B~Q Sauce

Mix all ingredients together in pan and cook for 5 minutes. Then pour into container and refrigerate.
Use as barbecue sauce or steak sauce.

B & B Chicken Salad

Cook chicken.
Remove from bones and chop.
Mix well all ingredients and place in casserole dish.
Cover with another cup of Ritz crackers (crushed).
Bake about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.

B-B-Q Roasted Venison

Soak deer in
water
enough
to cover meat overnight to which 1/2 of
vinegar
is
added,
pour off water.
Add enough water to cook,
add\tpepper,
onion,
celery, garlic and other half of vinegar.
Cook
until well done.
Mix last of ingredients, add water enough
to thin sauce, simmer slowly in oven 1 hour.

B & B Salad

Cut up the broccoli and cauliflower; place in a large bowl. Fry the bacon and drain.
Fry the onion and drain.
Place in bowl with other ingredients.
Chop the cheese and green or red pepper.

B.B.Q. Beans

Place Pork-N-Beans in a pot.
Cook bacon, place in pot.
In bacon grease, saute bell pepper and onions, then add all the above to beans.
Add yellow mustard and brown sugar.
Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
Simmer for 5 minutes more, then serve.
