B-B-Q Roasted Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. deer
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    apple cider
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 onion
    3 sticks celery
    3 pieces garlic
    1 c. barbecue sauce
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. mustard
    sprinkle with black pepper
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Soak deer in
    water
    enough
    to cover meat overnight to which 1/2 of
    vinegar
    is
    added,
    pour off water.
    Add enough water to cook,
    add\tpepper,
    onion,
    celery, garlic and other half of vinegar.
    Cook
    until well done.
    Mix last of ingredients, add water enough
    to thin sauce, simmer slowly in oven 1 hour.
