B.B.Q. Mini Meat Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    3/4 lb. ground pork
    1 1/3 C. hickory smoked barbecue sauce
    1/2 C. packaged dry bread crumbs or 1 1/2 C. soft bread crumbs for a softer textured meat loaf
    1/2 C. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    Beat egg in bowl.
    Mix in beef, pork, 2/3 C. barbecue sauce, crumbs, parsley, onion, garlic, and salt.
    Shape scant 3/4 C. mixture into 4 x 2 x 1 inch loaf, for total of 6. Place on jelly-roll pan.
    Top each loaf with about 2 Tbsp. of remaining barbecue sauce.
    Bake in 350 degree oven 30 minutes.
    Let stand on pan 10 minutes.
    Serve immediately or cool completely; refrigerate and serve cold.
