Cranberry Bee Balm Jelly

Heat 1/2 cup water pour over the bee balm and let steep 1 hour or over night in the refrigerator then strain.
Pour steeped bee balm, cranberry and lemon juices into a heavy pot. Whisk in the pectin to dissolve. Bring to a full rolling boil.over medium high heat. stirring frequently. Stir in sugar and return to a full rolling boil and boil hard for 1 minute.
Skim foam.
Pour into hot sterilized jars leaving 1/4 inch head space. Process in a boiling water bath 5 minutes. Remove jars and cool without moving in a draft free place.

Bee Balm Tea

Bring water to a boil. Place bee balm in a cup (or a tea ball and then in a cup). Pour boiling water over bee balm.
Add sweetener, if using, to taste. Let steep for 10 minutes. Enjoy!

Aunt Nell'S Famous Cheese Straws

Mix oleo and grated cheese.
Sift all dry ingredients.
Add slowly to cheese mixture.
Press with cookie press or pastry press to desired shape.
Aunt Nell likes two-inch straws that are about 3/4 of an inch wide.
Cook about 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Be sure to check them halfway during baking.

Aunt Bee'S Fried Chicken

In a plastic bag, combine flour, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.
Shake chicken, a few pieces at a time, in flour mixture to coat.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat; brown chicken.
Reduce heat cover and simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear, removing cover last 10 minutes to crisp chicken.

Aunt Bee'S Apple Pie

In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup butter and cream cheese.
Let come to room temperature.
Add 2 cups flour, blend well.
Chill. Roll out half of dough and place in a 9-inch pie plate.
Reserve the remaining dough for the top crust.

Aunt Bee'S Apple Pie(Opie'S Favorite)

In a large bowl combine the 1/2 cup butter or margarine and the cream cheese and let come to room temperature.
Add 2 cups flour and blend well; chill.
Roll out half of dough and place in a 9-inch pie pan.
Reserve remaining dough for the top crust.

Aunt Bee'S Squares

Butter a large casserole dish.
Combine dressing mix and melted oleo, pressing half of mixture into a buttered dish.
In pan of boiling water, place squash, zucchini, onion, green pepper and celery.
Boil 5 to 10 minutes.
Drain well.
Add seasonings and water chestnuts; turn mixture into the casserole dish, over dressing mix.
Combine the soup and sour cream; spread over the vegetables.
Top with remaining dressing mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.

Aunt Bee'S Pound Cake

Cream margarine and cream cheese together. Add eggs, vanilla, pound cake mix and pecans. Mix well. Add confectioners sugar. Mix. Batter will be thick. Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Let cool. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.

Aunt Bee'S Dutch Honey Cake

Mix the sugar, honey and eggs well.
Sift together the flours, baking soda, salt, ginger and cinnamon.
Mix all ingredients well together.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.

Pipe Down Pork Chop Casserole

Slice potatoes into a 9 x 11-inch casserole dish.
Arrange pork chops over the potatoes.
Combine the soups and pour over the pork chops and potatoes.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 4.

Aunt Bee'S Grapefruit Pie

In a saucepan, melt the quartered marshmallows and 1/4 cup grapefruit juice. Cool.
Peel grapefruit down to the flesh cutting away all the white part which is bitter. Insert your knife along the membranes and cut out each section. Save any juice that falls. Keep doing this till you have 2-1/2 cups segments.
When the marshmallow mixture is cool,fold in the grapefruit sections, 1/4 cup of any juice that has acrued, and the whipped cream.
Pour mixture into the crumb pie shell and refrigerate 3 hours.

Aunt Stinky'S Cheesecake

Mix the first 5 ingredients until creamy and smooth.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg.
Pour into a graham cracker crust in a spring-form pan.
(Use recipe on graham cracker crumb box; use 1 1/2 recipes.) Bake at 500\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce to 250\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour.
Turn off heat. Open door; cool in oven for 3 hours.
Do not move or touch.
When completely cooled, remove from oven, remove side from pan and leave on bottom to serve.
May be topped with glaze.

Aunt Sally'S Cheese And Macaroni

Cover macaroni with water in a pot; bring to boil.
Cook until soft; drain.
In a large pot add macaroni, Velveeta cheese cut into cubes, sour cream, margarine, cream and water.
Simmer on low heat until thickens.
Remember it will thicken up even more as it cools down.
This is one of the most favorite recipes of the nieces and nephews.
She had to bring it to every family get-together.

Aunt Bev'S Famous Apple Pie

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Cut the apples into 1/4 inch slices.
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, flour, nutmeg (or apple pie spice), and salt; mix thoroughly. Pour the spice mix over the apples and stir until the apples are coated.
Line one crust in a 9 inch deep dish pie pan. Place the apples in the pie crust. Dot the apple filling evenly with butter. Fit the top crust over the apples. Press the crust down gently and cut 3 or 4 slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape while the pie bakes

Apricot And Pineapple Smoothie

In a blender, combine 2 cups of the apricot nectar, one third of the pineapple chunks, one third of the dates, 1 cup of ice cubes and 1/2 tablespoon of the bee pollen.
If using:
blend until smooth.
Pour into 2 chilled glasses.
Make 2 more batches in the same fashion.
Makes 9 cups - serves 6.

Warm Sue Bee Brownies(Honey Blonde Brownies)

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients together.
Spread into well-greased 8-inch square pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, but only until a slight imprint shows when touched with finger. Don't overbake.
Before cooling, cut into bars.
