Soup Diet - Day #1.

Combine yogurt, coriander and juice in small bowl.
Cook pappadums in microwave oven on medium (50%) for about 40 seconds; break into pieces.
Sprinkle chicken with tandoori owder; spray with cooking oil. Cook chicken on heated grill plate. Slice thickly.
Combine spinach, cucumber and tomatoes in medium bowl; add chicken. Serve salad sprinkled with pappadums, then drizzled with coriander yogurt.
Combine yogurt, oats and juice in a small bowl; cover, refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Just before serving, stir in remaining ingredients.
Add 7-Up or diet 7-Up to frozen concentrates as directed on cans.
Combine with apricot nectar and pineapple juice.
Chill. Makes about 3 quarts.
(Soda is used in place of water.)
Spread pork with hoisin sauce. Spray medium frying pan with cooking oil; heat pan, cook pork. Cover pork, stand 5 minutes.

Bring the water to th eboil in a medium saucepan; add chicken. Simmer, covered, about 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Cool chicken in poaching liquid for 10 minutes; drain, then slice thickly.

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

First Day:
Cover whole cucumbers with boiling water; let set overnight.
After tomatoes are quartered, cook for 5 to 10 minutes longer. Press through sieve.
Measure 7-quarts juice.
Add sugar, vinegar and salt to juice.
Mix well and pour into sterilized jars.
Seal. Process in pressure cooker for 10 minutes at 5 pounds pressure.
