Cranberry & Apple Muesli (21 Day Wonder Diet: Day 17) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup skim-milk natural yogurt
    3/4 cup rolled oats
    1/3 cup unsweetened apple juice
    1 small green apple, grated coarsely
    1/4 cup dried cranberries
Preparation
    Combine yogurt, oats and juice in a small bowl; cover, refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
    Just before serving, stir in remaining ingredients.
