Peel and dice zucchini.
Mix zucchini, Bisquick and oil in bowl.
Mix well.
Then add eggs, one at a time.
Add remaining ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Coarsely grate zucchini.
There should be 2 cups, lightly packed down.

In a large skillet, fry tablespoons of mixture in a little butter until lightly browned.
Keep warm in oven while frying rest of batter.

Mix well and pour into buttered, 9 x 13-inch pan.

Beat eggs with oil and salt in separate bowl.
Mix all together with spoon until blended.
Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
In bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Stir in zucchini, Bisquick and cheese. Pour into 2 greased 9-inch pie plates. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Mix all ingredients, adding zucchini last after other ingredients are well mixed.
Bake at 350F for 25 minutes in a greased 13x9x2-inch pan.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.
Mix together Bisquick, cornmeal, sugar and wheat germ. Whisk together buttermilk, Egg Beaters and melted butter then stir into dry ingredients. Fold in zucchini and scallion. Distribute between muffin liners and bake for 15 mins, or until lightly browned. Serve warm.

Put 1/2 of the browned hamburger on top. Repeat with remaining zucchini and hamburger. Sprinkle 1/4 cup Bisquick on top. Pour 2 cups spaghetti sauce on top. Mix together 1 beaten egg to 1 cup cottage cheese. Stir in 1 cup Bisquick. Pour mixture into pan and cover top. Bake 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.

Slice zucchini about a 1/4 inch
In deep baking dish, sprayed with vegetable spray (Pam), place 2 cups of sliced zucchini (1/4-inch thick) evenly across bottom. Add onion, ham and Parmesan cheese.
In blender, thoroughly blend eggs, milk, Bisquick and seasonings.
Pour over zucchini mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes or until center is set.
Combine and mix the first 5 ingredients.
Next, combine and mix remaining ingredients.
Grease 8-inch square casserole. Combine the Bisquick mixture and zucchini mixture in casserole. Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Wash zucchini; chop into small cubes.
Add onion and grated cheese to zucchini.
Add Bisquick, salt, pepper
and oregano.
Add eggs and oil; mix well.
Bake in greased casserole dish.
Can be frozen uncooked.
Make sure to defrost 3 hours before baking.
For main dish, just add 2 cans of lobster or crabmeat.
Serve warm.
