Very Good And Easy Zucchini Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. zucchini, shredded
    4 eggs, beaten until foamy
    1/2 cube melted margarine
    3/4 lb. Jack cheese, cubed
    3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
    1 3/4 c. Bisquick mix
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add cheese, zucchini, Bisquick and margarine.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Mix soda, baking powder and milk and pour into zucchini mixture.
    Mix well and pour into buttered, 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
