Zucchini Souffle(Does Not Puff) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick
    4 eggs, beaten or egg substitute
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (fresh)
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Stir together zucchini, Bisquick, cheese and onion in one bowl.
    Beat eggs with oil and salt in separate bowl.
    Mix all together with spoon until blended.
    Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
