Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 medium zucchini, washed and chopped to pea size
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 1/4 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix
    zucchini, onion,
    Bisquick
    and
    cheese
    together. Beat eggs.
    Add oil, then
    add this to zucchini mixture.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan
    and bake at 350\u00b0 (325\u00b0 if glass) for 45 to 50 minutes.
