Mix all ingredients, keeping orange juice in concentrated form.

Pour cold water in bowl and sprinkle gelatin on top.

In shallow 2-quart casserole, cream margarine and sugar.
Mix in flour, baking powder and milk.
Spread evenly in bottom of casserole.
Arrange fruit evenly over batter.
Mix sugar and spice and sprinkle over fruit.
Pour fruit juice or water over fruit. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
During baking the fruit will go to the bottom and a cakelike layer will form on top.
Serve warm with ice cream.
Serves 6 to 8.
Sift together the first 3 ingredients.
Cream in the butter or margarine and lemon juice.
Bring 2 cups water to a boil.
Add the raisins and chopped dried fruit; again bring to a boil.
Pour off water; drain fruit on paper towel and set aside.

Drain fruit juice into a measuring cup.
Cut fruit into bite size pieces and set aside.
Add water to fruit juice to make 2 1/2 cups liquid.
Put all ingredients except fruit into a saucepan. Let set 5 minutes, then bring to a full boil.
Remove from heat; add fruit and stir occasionally while cooling.
Store in refrigerator.
Mix milk and 5 tablespoons of water.
Slowly mix up peanut butter stirring in honey.
Add remaining water a little at a time until proper consistency.
Mix until very smooth.
