Fruit Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O (sugar-free)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello (sugar-free)
2 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatine
8 c. water and fruit juice (may add more fluid to make softer)
2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple (1 crushed and 1 chunks)
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin orange segments
1 c. fruit (may use blueberries, grapes, bananas, etc. as desired)
Preparation

Put gelatine in ice cold water for 2 minutes.
Put Jell-O in dish and add 2 cups boiling water.
Add another 2 cups boiling water and stir.
Cool and add 4 cups of drained fruit juice and water as desired.
When thickens, add fruit or place fruit in serving dish and add gelatine mixture.
