Variation:
This recipe is designed for 4 1/2 quart crock pot. For 3 1/2 quart or smaller crock pot use chunks of turkey meat cut off the bones.
1. In dutch oven, saute onions & garlic. Add ground turkey and scramble until no longer pink.

3. Stir in paprika and thyme.
4. Add broth and uncooked noodles, bring to a boil.
