Turkey-Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked turkey or chicken
    3 oz. pkg. chipped beef
    10 oz. pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
    1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small onion
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 soup can broth (turkey or chicken)
    Cheddar cheese, grated for top
Preparation
    Chop turkey into bite-sized pieces.
    Shred about 1/2 package of chipped beef (use to taste).
    Chop onion.
    Add these ingredients to cooked and drained noodles.
    Mix well.
    In a bowl, dilute chicken soup with one soup can of broth.
    Stir in sour cream, milk, salt and pepper.
    Combine with noodle mixture and pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika and Cheddar cheese as desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes, uncovered, or until golden.
