Turkey Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    meaty turkey frame
    3 qt. water
    4 c. turkey broth
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. mushrooms
    3 oz. uncooked noodles
    2 c. cooked turkey meat, diced
    1 to 2 Tbsp. salt
    pinch of poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Put a meaty turkey frame into a large pot.
    Add 3 quarts of water and 1 to 2 tablespoons salt.
    Heat to boiling; skim foam. Cover and simmer 2 hours or longer.
    Strain broth and refrigerate. Remove fat from surface.
    When turkey frame is cool, pick off meat. Combine broth with vegetables and seasonings.
    Heat to boiling. Simmer 10 minutes.
    Stir in noodles.
    Simmer until noodles are tender, about 5 to 10 minutes.
    Stir in turkey and heat through.
