Tomato sauce: Heat
In a large bowl combine tuna salad, cooked rice, cheese and chilies.
Blend milk and eggs together in a separate bowl.
Then gently fold into tuna/rice mixture.
Transfer all ingredients to a 1-quart casserole dish that has been lightly coated with nonstick vegetable spray.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until set, approximately 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out dry.
Serves 4 to 5.
Combine tuna, rice, celery and onions. Blend soup, milk and cheese.
Heat. Stir into tuna mixture. Season to taste.
Turn into a greased shallow 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Makes 6 servings.
Combine mayo,curry,lemon juice and salt. Chill.
Combine tuna, rice, carrots,celery and onion.
Toss with mayo mixture and chill at least 2 hours.
Rice can be the long cooking rice or Minute rice in whatever amount you need for the occasion.
Being a working woman, I personally prefer the Minute type.
Either is equally good for this recipe.
Add the desired amount of picante sauce to the hot rice and voile!!

Melt margarine in large skillet on medium-high heat.
Add onion, cook and stir until tender, but not browned.
Stir in tuna, Minute rice and parsley.
Cover.
Remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Garnish with almonds, if desired.
Makes 4 to 6 servings. Recipes can be doubled.
Cook the rice in a large saucepan of boiling water for 10-12 mins or until tender. Drain; refresh under cold water. Transfer to a large bowl.
Chop the leaves from 2 of the oregano stems. Reserve the whole leaves from the remaining stem. Add the tuna, tomatoes, cucumber, beans, feta, onion and chopped oregano to the rice. Toss to combine.
Whisk reserved oil from the tuna and vinegar in a small bowl. Add to rice mixture. Season. Toss to coat well. Serve sprinkled with whole oregano leaves.
Bring peas, water, soup, tuna and bouillon cube to a full boil in medium saucepan.
Stir in rice.

Remove from heat.

Cook rice and veggies.
Top rice with layer of spinach or broccoli. Top that with tuna directly from the pouch. Add some almond slivers. Voila.
Heat oil in a deep 8-inch skillet on medium heat. Cook the onion and garlic until the onion softens. Combine the onion mixture with garlic, rice, tuna, corn, green onions and eggs in a large bowl.
Heat the same pan on medium heat. Add the rice mixture and press down gently. Sprinkle with cheese and cook, covered, for 10 mins.
Preheat the broiler. Broil for about 10 mins or until lightly browned.

Prepare rice by directions on box. Turn into bowl and cool slightly. Add tuna and 1/3 cup of soup. Prepare pie crust mix. Roll out to 14 x 11-inches. Spoon tuna mixture down center of pie crust. Bring sides up and over tuna to meet. Pinch together and fold ends under to enclose rice. Ease carefully onto cookie sheet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Heat remaining soup to boiling. Remove and stir in sour cream. Serve over slices of tuna roll. Serves 6.
Bring the rice, water, butter, and 1 tablespoon

Simmer pineapple and juice, green pepper, celery, salt and condensed soup 10 minutes.
Add tuna and tabasco.
