Spanish Tuna Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 oz tomato and herb steamed basmati rice, prepared
2 (6 oz) can tuna chunks in spring water, drained, flaked
2 oz baby arugula
1.5 oz pitted black olives, cut in 1/2
2 None lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation

Place rice in a medium serving bowl. Add tuna, arugula and olives. Toss to combine. Serve with lemon wedges.
