Chicken Salsa Soup With Tostitos And Mozzarella Cheese!

Cube and boil chicken in water and chicken stock.
While chicken is cooking (15 min) chop onion, garlic and veggies, and measure corn and salsa.
Add onion, veggies, corn, salsa, chili powder, garlic. Cover and bring to a boil and let simmer uncovered for 20-30 minutes.
Taste and add salt and pepper (extra chili powder) to your liking.
Ladle into bowls and top with tostitos and shredded mozzarella cheese. Enjoy!

Tostitos Scoops Appetizers

Heat oven to 350*.
Combine all ingredients (except chips) in a mixing bowl.
Fill Tostitos Scoops with filling and place on a cookie sheet. They may be placed closely together.
Bake for 6-7 minutes, till cheese melts. Good appetizer for football games in the fall.

Taco Tostitos Dip

Mix first 6 ingredients and spread in bottom of a deep pie plate.
Place lettuce, onion, tomato and green pepper on top. Sprinkle with cheese.
Serve with Tostitos.

Tostitos

Mix all ingredients and spread each chip with cheese mixture. Place 10 to 12 Tostitos on serving plate.
Microwave at 50% power for 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Serve warm. Give dish 1/4 turn during cooking.

Pizza By The Scoop

Spread cream cheese on 12-inch pizza pan.
Spread with chili sauce.
Sprinkle with ham, onion, green pepper, cheeses and tomato.
Serve with Scoop Fritos.

Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip

1. Boil chicken breasts until fully cooked, Shred and put in bowl with jar of wing sauce.
2. Spread Cream Cheese in bottom of 9x13 pan.
3. Pour jar of bleu cheese over cream cheese.
4. Spinkle half bag of mozzerella over bleu cheese.
5. Spinkle chicken mixture over pan.
6. Spinkle the rest of mozzerella over chicken.
7. Bake on 375 until Mozzerella is melted..
8. Scoop with chips!!!!

Taco Appetizer

Mix first three ingredients until well blended and refrigerate overnight.
Before serving, spread mixture on cookie sheet and pour taco sauce over; add onions, tomatoes, cheese and lettuce. Will need the Tostitos to scoop the mixture up.

Taco Dip

Spread sour cream on bottom of a 10-inch quiche or pie plate. Can also use a large platter.
Layer taco sauce on top of sour cream.
Sprinkle with lettuce.
Add tomatoes, olives, and onion. Top with cheese.
Scoop up with Tostitos.

Seven Layer Taco Salad

On large plate, spread refried beans; for next layer, add precooked taco meat.
Third layer is sour cream, 4th layer is chopped lettuce, 5th layer is cheese, 6th layer is chopped tomatoes and 7th layer is sliced black olives.
Use Tostitos chips to scoop up taco salad.

Mix all ingredients together in a safe microwave bowl.
Microwave about 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve with Tostitos Scoop chips.

Mexican Casserole

Mix ingredients together and warm except tortillas or Tostitos.
Layer in long cake pan the tortillas or Tostitos and hamburger mixture.
Bake about 30 to 45 minutes; can be put in microwave.
Top with Ro-Tel cheese dip.
Makes a big casserole dish.
If you like a drier dish, add more Tostitos.

Enchilada Casserole

In large pan, brown ground chuck with onion, minced garlic and chili powder.
Drain off fat.
Add all other ingredients except sharp cheese and Tostitos.
Stir until ingredients are mixed well. In large baking dish layer Tostitos and meat mixture.
Sprinkle sharp cheese on top.
Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Remove cover and bake for 10 minutes.
Serve with remaining Tostitos chips.

Mexican Chicken

Boil chicken and debone.
Melt Velveeta cheese and Ro-Tel in microwave.
Boil onion until done.
Combine all ingredients except Tostitos.
In casserole dish, put a layer of mixture, layer Tostitos; repeat until all gone.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.

Bacon Nachos

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with aluminimum foil.
Spread 1/2 bag of Tostitos over the foil.
Sprinkle with half the bacon, onion, peppers and 1 cup of cheese.
Spread the remaining 1/2 bag of Tostitos on top.
Top with remaining bacon, onion, peppers, olives and tomatoes.
Top with 1 1/2 cup remaining cheese.
Bake for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.

Guacamole(From Pat Danner'S Favorite Recipes)

Cut avocados in half, remove the seed and scoop out pulp with a spoon.
Mash pulp with a fork into a soft puree and add the lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, jalapeno peppers and hot sauce. Blend in cream cheese.
Makes approximately 2 cups.
