Guacamole(From Pat Danner'S Favorite Recipes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large ripe avocados
    lemon or lime juice to taste (prevents mixture from turning black)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
    8 oz. cream cheese
    hot sauce
Preparation
    Cut avocados in half, remove the seed and scoop out pulp with a spoon.
    Mash pulp with a fork into a soft puree and add the lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, jalapeno peppers and hot sauce. Blend in cream cheese.
    Makes approximately 2 cups.
