Dressing:
Drain liquid from snow crab into small bowl.
Add oil, lemon juice and seasonings.
Blend well.
Rinse crab clusters under cool water.
Cut into serving-size pieces; score back of leg sections using large heavy knife or kitchen shears.
Saute' onion and garlic in margarine until tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients except crab; simmer for five(5) minutes. Serve hot with chilled or steamed crab.
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat. When hot, lightly oil grate.
Whisk together the olive oil, butter, and garlic; generously brush onto crab.
Cook crab on preheated grill, turning once, until the shell begins to brown, about 6 minutes.
In a heavy saucepan, melt 1 tbsp butter and saute green pepper and onion until soft.
Place rice in a 2 quart casserole and layer as follows: half the crab, cheese, egg slices, remaining crab, remaining crab, green pepper and onion.
To prepare sauce, melt 1 1/2 tbsp butter.

Pour sauce over casserole ingredients, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and dot with remaining 1 tbsp butter, cut into bits.
Bake at 350\u00b0F for 30-40 minutes.
Place snow crab (cut into small pieces) in casserole with scallops.
Cut garlic (small) and parsley (small).
Place in with other ingredients in casserole.
Squeeze 2 lemons into mixture and wine, if desired.
Let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
When ready to serve, place some bread crumbs on top of mixture and some oil sprinkled on top.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for about 40 minutes.

After crab legs are wrapped with paper towels, wrap with plastic wrap.
Microwave for 4 minutes on high.

Combine first 4 ingredients; heat and set aside.
Mix together the snow crab, celery and mayonnaise.
Dissolve 2 packages unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup of cold water and add 1/4 cup hot water.
Add this mixture to the crab meat.
Add heated mixture and blend.
Pour into slightly greased mold.
Refrigerate until set. Serve with crackers and enjoy!

Using a large Stock Pot (20 qts minimum), place a steamer grate/strainer in the bottom of the pot.
Pour beer to cover at least the bottom of the grate/strainer.
Bring the beer to a boil and place Crab Legs with tips up around the pot.
Sprinkle the Old Bay Seasoning on and around the Crab Legs.
Place the corn in the middle of the legs.
Steam for 10 to 15 mins (until legs turn red), the corn may need an additional 10 minutes.
Serve with or without butter.
Cut the ends off the cucumber.
Cut the cucumber into three pieces.
Use a knife to core the cucumber and remove the seeds.
Combine the crab, mayonnaise, onion and Old Bay.
If you are using the optional sugar and Tabasco, add them also.
Taste test for flavor and add salt if needed. (Old Bay contains salt, so don't overdo it!).
Stuff the three cucumber pieces with the crab mixture.
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours.
Slice into 1/2\" thick slices.
Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
Spread on any platter that has a deep center.
Defrost snow crab.
Squeeze thoroughly to remove all moisture.
Flake on top of cream cheese. Top with shrimp sauce and garnish with parsley.
If made early in the day, remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before serving for spreading consistency.
