Crab Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 to 8 oz.) Alaska snow crab (canned or frozen)
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    dash of liquid hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Thaw crab, if frozen.
    Drain and reserve liquid.
    Slice crab. Reserve a few pieces for garnish. Blend together the cream cheese with all the remaining ingredients and the reserved crab liquid. Stir in crab. Spoon in dish. Bake at 325\u00b0 about 15 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Garnish with reserved pieces of crab and additional green onions.
    Serve with French bread.
