Pour pumpkin, Farm Rich, brown sugar, egg substitute and spices into a blender.

Cut round steak into 1 inch cubes or into thin strips.
In large skillet, brown beef in oil over medium-high heat.

Dip in beaten egg and seasoned bread crumbs and brown. Pour one-half cup water in roaster or whatever.
Put round steak brown on top and bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0 with cover, then heat gravy and mushrooms and pour over round steak and continue baking for 20 to 30 minutes.
Place 1/2 package soup mix on foil. Place round steak on top of this.
Sprinkle rest of soup mix on top of round steak.
Seal foil completely over round steak, all around the edges too.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 2 hours.
Add mushrooms over top when serving if desired.

Cut off fat from round steak and cut into 3 x 3 inch pieces.
Whisk water and mushroom soup together in a bowl, then pour just enough to thinly coat the bottom of a 13 x 9 pan.
Place the pieces of round steak evenly around the pan.
Cut onion into slices and place them evenly on top of the meat.
Pour the rest of the mushroom soup mix on top of the round steak and onions.
Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

One at a time, flour round steaks and put immediately into hot skillet without crowding.

Remove from oven, pour 1 can mushroom brown gravy and heat until thick. Remove rolled steak out of pot; cut into slices.
