Marinated Round Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round roast, cubed (1-inch)
    1 c. white Zinfandel
    2 tsp. garlic, minced
    1 tsp. oregano
    juice of 2 lemons
Preparation
    Cut round roast into 1-inch cubes; set aside.
    Combine Zinfandel, garlic, oregano and lemon juice.
    Mix well.
    Add marinade to round roast.
    Marinate overnight.
    Prepare using any favorite roast recipe.
