Swamp Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 swamp cabbages
1 lb. white bacon
1 can evaporated milk
Preparation

Clean and cut swamp cabbages.
Cover with water and bring to a boil.
Cut bacon in small pieces and stir-fry.
When cabbage begins to become tender, add bacon and stir.
Continue to cook until tender.
Remove from heat and add milk.
