Melt oleo in heavy saucepan.
Add rice, onion and celery.
Cook until rice is golden brown (20 to 25 minutes), stirring often.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir well.
Simmer until liquid is absorbed, 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve with chicken.
Melt oleo; add washed rice and rest of ingredients except consomme.
Simmer approximately 20 minutes.
Add 2 cans of consomme and cook, covered, 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in oven.
Look at, after 45 minutes, for dryness; if dry, add last can of consomme and finish cooking.

Put first 6 ingredients (rice - curry powder) in rice bowl, stirring with paddle (that comes with rice cooker) a few times. Close cover and set for regular cycle.
When rice cooker switches to \"keep warm\", srpinkle the green onion, pineapple, grapes (or cherries), and green pepper on top of the rice. Close cover and let steam for 15 minutes.
