Rice Pilaff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. raw rice
    1 envelope Lipton chicken noodle soup
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown butter, onion, celery and rice.
    Stir in Lipton chicken noodle soup, water, salt and pepper.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Remove and let stand 10 minutes with cover on.
