Mexican Rice(Original Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cooked rice
    2 cans diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 (4.5 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1/8 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Mix rice, Ro-Tel tomatoes, garlic salt, onion salt and chili powder.
    In separate bowl, mix sour cream and green chilies. Layer half of rice mixture in large casserole dish.
    Cover with cheese.
    Spread sour cream mixture over cheese.
    Top with remaining rice mixture.
    Heat in oven until hot and bubbly. Garnish with black olives or green onions or chopped tomatoes, if desired.
