If using fresh yams/sweet potatoes: Cook whole sweet
MAKE THE YAMS:.
Preheat the oven to
Boil fresh yams until tender and peel or drain well if using canned yams.
Mash yams and add the next six ingredients.
After mixing them together thoroughly, place in a buttered 2-quart casserole and top with marshmallows.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
Mash in mixer all ingredients.
Use enough water or juice from canned yams to make custard consistency.
Place in orange halves (orange removed with edges fluted).
Dot with butter.
Place in shallow pan to which 1/8-inch water has been added.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.

Drain yams saving 3/4 cup of the syrup.
Combine syrup, butter, raisins, cinnamon and marshmallows.
Heat over medium stirring till marshmallows melt.
Add yams and stir.
Pour mixture into casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Top with some extra mini marshmallows and bake additional 10 minutes til browned.
Combine apples and yams; pour into a shallow baking dish.
Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over entire casserole.
Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Baste the yams and apples occasionally with the syrup in the casserole. Serves 6.
Empty yams in dish. Sprinkle with rest of ingredients. Butter to cover in patties. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
In a medium size pan, mix half of the syrup from the canned yams, butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract and pancake syrup.
Bring to boil.
Add yams and marshmallows.
Let cook on low-medium fire for about 10 minutes.
Melt butter.
Add whole cranberry sauce to it and cook down.
Let it cook 5 minutes.
Add 1 tsp of cinnamon or to taste.
Add 1/3 to 1/2 cup brown sugar.
Drain 1/3 cup of peach syrup into another dish.
Add 1 tbsp cornstarch to peach syrup and stir together.
Add peaches to cranberry mixture.
Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Drain and add yams to pan.
Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Add peach syrup/cornstarch mixture into pan.
Let it simmer until it thickens.

Put margarine on bottom of heavy saucepan.
Cover with sliced yams; top with brown sugar.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. When boiling, cook the linguini.
Heat oil in a large skillet and add the garlic, red pepper flakes and fennel seeds. Cook until garlic is golden.
Add the tuna and sea salt. Then add the tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and simmer 4 minutes. Add the lemon zest.
Drain the cooked linguini and add to the pan with the tuna mixture. Toss gently and serve, garnished with chopped parsley.
