Saute onion and garlic until clear.
Add carrot, celery and turkey; saute a few more minutes, stirring often, until turkey is browned.
Add gravy, soy sauce and ginger.
Mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch into 1/2 cup or more of cold water.
Stir very well. Gradually add this to the turkey mixture, stirring over medium heat until bubbly and thickened.
If too thick, add water until gravy is right.
Add remaining vegetables and serve over rice or noodles.
Fit pastry into 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
Toss cheese with flour to coat.
Combine 3/4 cup cheese with 1/2 cup almonds; add remaining ingredients.

Mix all leftover ingredients together.
Delicious served on a plate of lettuce- suppose you could put in a sandwich.
Probably would be best served the next day to let flavors blend - mine didn't last that long.

Use either a food processor or a sharp knife to mince the leftover roast beef.
Add the beef, potatoes, and carrots to a roasting pan. Drizzle with the leftover gravy.
Bake in oven for about 15 minutes, or until hot.

Combine in saucepan and heat thoroughly the first 4 ingredients.
Dip tortillas in hot oil until soft.
Combine the cheese and onion in a bowl.

Roll tortilla and put in baking dish. Pour turkey sauce over tortillas.
Cover with foil for oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, or cover with Saran Wrap and microwave on High for 8 to 10 minutes.

Slice onions thin and saute in butter (using heavy skillet) about 10 minutes.

Beat eggs, half and half and seasoning to blend.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake on lowest rack in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between edge and center of pie comes out clean.
Let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
Mix corn, onion, egg, parsley and seasonings in a mixing bowl. Add flour to make a thick paste. Add beer, enough to make a thin batter.
Let batter sit for about 15 minutes to thicken slightly. Fry by dropping spoonfuls of batter into hot oil.
(I use a frying pan with about 1-inch of oil.) Turn fritters when golden brown and fry on the other side until done.
Drain on towels. Serve hot, alone or with salsa for dipping.
