Oriental Turkey Stir-Fry(Great For Leftover Thanksgiving) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cubed, cooked turkey
any leftover cooked vegetables such as: broccoli, peas, corn, cauliflower or green beans
1 small onion, chopped
1 raw carrot, sliced thin
sesame oil
1/8 c. soy sauce
cornstarch
1 to 2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 celery stalk, sliced
3/4 c. turkey gravy
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic until clear.
Add carrot, celery and turkey; saute a few more minutes, stirring often, until turkey is browned.
Add gravy, soy sauce and ginger.
Mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch into 1/2 cup or more of cold water.
Stir very well. Gradually add this to the turkey mixture, stirring over medium heat until bubbly and thickened.
If too thick, add water until gravy is right.
Add remaining vegetables and serve over rice or noodles.
