German Pizza(A Recipe For Leftover Christmas Ham) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 Tbsp. oil
    4 to 6 large potatoes
    1 medium onion
    leftover ham, cut into bite-sized pieces
    3 or 4 beaten eggs
    pepper
    a little salt (if you want)
    4 to 6 slices your favorite cheese
Preparation
    Pour oil into an electric skillet.
    (You may use just a large skillet on top of your stove.)
    Slice potatoes and onion thinly and arrange them in the bottom of the pan.
    Cover them with some of your leftover ham.
    Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes, covered. Turn potatoes so they won't stick.
    Lift the lid; pour eggs over the top.
    Sprinkle with pepper and a little salt, if you want. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
    Lift the lid and place cheese on top. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
    Serve.
    This should serve 4 to 6 people. Sometimes we serve it with catsup on the side.
