Fruit Cobbler

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Put a 10-inch skillet in oven with butter to melt.
Mix flour, sugar, powdered milk, baking powder, salt and juice from fruit.
Pour into melted butter in a skillet. Pour fruit into center of skillet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown around outside edge.
A great recipe for a Dutch oven.
Do not double this recipe!

Healthy Granola Bars

Toast oats on a dry sheet pan at 400 degrees for 10min or until slightly brown and toasted.
Whisk together eggs, egg whites, vanilla, oil, cinnamon, sugar and salt in a bowl.
Add in oats, fruit, nuts and bran.
Spread in a 8 by 11 pan that is lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray.
Cook at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool, cut and enjoy!
If you use a bigger pan like a 9 by 13 your bars will be thiner and cook in approx 25min. Or use a smaller pan for thicker bars and cook an extra 5-10min.

Fruit Bars

Mix the first 4 ingredients thoroughly.
Stir in juice.
Sift together and add the flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
MIx with hands the raisins, candied fruit and nuts.
Add to mix. Divide dough in half.
Roll out each half on lightly floured, cloth-covered board into a rectangle and cut in 2-inch strips. Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
These can be iced and decorated with candied fruit while warm.
Cut baked strips into bars.

Melt butter; mix with eggs.
Mix flour, salt, baking powder and salt, then add to egg mixture.
Mix fruit and nuts; add to batter.
Spread in two 9-inch square baking pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
