Lemon And Passion Fruit Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup unsalted butter, softened
    1/2 cup powdered sugar, plus extra for dusting
    2 cups all-purpose flour, 4 tbsp
    1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
    4 None medium eggs, beaten
    1 tsp baking powder
    4 None passionfruit, pulp scooped out
    1 None lemon, zested and juiced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Line a 13x9 inch rimmed baking pan with parchment paper.
    In a food processor, process butter until whipped. Add powdered sugar and process until light and fluffy. Scrape down sides of bowl. Add 2 cups flour and process until mixture starts to form a ball. Transfer to prepared pan and press down flat. Bake for 15 mins, until light golden brown. Let cool.
    Wipe out food processor bowl. Add sugar and eggs and process for 1 min. Transfer to a large bowl, sift then fold in remaining flour and baking powder. Add passionfruit pulp, lemon zest and lemon juice and mix until just combined. Pour over base then bake for 30-35 mins, or until golden brown and almost firm to the touch. Let cool in pan then dust with powdered sugar and cut into squares.
