Marinate deer steaks in Italian dressing for 24 hours in refrigerator.
Wrap small pieces of steak in bacon and grill until done.

Robin'S Swiss Deer Steaks

Pound deer steaks with meat mallet.
Salt and pepper both sides, dip in flour and fry in oil, in frying pan.
Lightly brown each side, does not have to cook red out of meat.
Place in baking dish, after all meat has been cooked (add more oil if needed). Pour most oil out of frying pan. Add onions, stir add flour (to make gravy).
Pour in water and sauce.
Mix, may not set up as thick as gravy.
Pour over meat, and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1-2 hours until can cut with fork.

Cut deer steaks into strips about 1 to 1 1/2 inches wide and 3 to 6 inches long.
Place on cookie sheet; salt thoroughly on side facing up.
Put in refrigerator for 12 hours.
After 12 hours, turn strips over and salt again.

Pepper both sides, more or less to taste.
Place on grill grate.
Cook over low heat (225\u00b0 to 250\u00b0) for 6 to 8 hours, or until dry.

Davis Fresh Deer Steaks

In a large cast-iron frying pan, heat grease to hot.
Put steaks in; turn once.
Cover and reduce heat to low.
Fry very slow for 35 or 40 minutes or until tender.
Best served between 3 and 4 A.M. with gravy made with leftover grease and hot biscuits.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Southern Fried Deer Steak

Marinate deer steaks overnight in Worcestershire sauce, Italian dressing and red wine vinegar.
Cut steaks into small pieces (about the size of a glass top).
Flour well.
Melt grease in large cooking pan on top of stove.
Add meat, smother meat with onion. Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover.
Turn over when golden brown. Cook on low heat or meat will get tough.
Add water when both sides are brown.
Simmer about 10 more minutes.
Takes approximately 30 minutes entire cooking time.

Now put the bread crumbs on a plate& coat them.
Fry in frying pan with the oil hot& ready to devour the steaks.

Baked Deer Steaks

Put steaks in 9 x 13-inch oblong pan.
Salt and pepper steak. Cut up butter over steak.
Pour soy sauce over all.
Cover pan with Reynolds Wrap.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until tender.

Deer Steaks

Put desired number of steaks in a glass bowl. Pour dressing over meat. Cover with plastic wrap. Marinate in refrigerator overnight, turning steaks several times.
Remove from dressing and fry a few at a time in vegetable oil, only a few minutes on each side.

Dredge in flour; brown in butter. Place layer of steaks in casserole.
Add layer of onion and barbecue sauce.

Pour wine over steaks.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.

Place a sheet of aluminum foil in the bottom of a baking dish.
Allow enough to cover after putting steaks in. Rub seasoning into steaks.
Place steaks in dish and pour soup over them.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until well done.
