Venison Or Deer Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients

deer steaks
Zesty Italian salad dressing
prepared mustard
flour
salt
pepper

Preparation

Slice fresh meat and let soak in dressing for 4 to 5 hours. Drain and rub with mustard.
Roll in flour, salt and pepper; fry in oil until golden brown.
