7-Up Cake

Combine the cake and pudding mixes, then add the eggs, oil and 7-Up.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 30 minutes.
Makes a 3 layer cake.
Frost with vanilla frosting,
or frosting recipe for 7-Up cake.

7-Up Cake

Mix all ingredients well.
Bake in greased and floured 8 or 9-inch pans for 35 minutes.
Bake and remove from pans.
Frost cake with 7-Up Cake Custard.

7-Up Cake

Mix together, then beat at medium speed for a few minutes. Makes 3 layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Frost with 7-Up Cake Icing.

7-Up Cake

Mix sugar and butter thoroughly, then add egg, flour, egg, flour, etc. until all eggs and flour are mixed thoroughly, either with hand mixer or electric beater/mixer.
Then add lemon flavor and your 7-Up (the 7-Up will make the cake rise); add yellow food coloring which is optional.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on oven.
Insert toothpick after 45 minutes. Cook in Bundt pan. Let cool 25 minutes.
Cake is done.

7-Up Cake

Mix everything except 7up in large bowl beat until light and fluffy.
Add 7 up, mix on low speed until blended.
Put into lightly greased 9x13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0F for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cover immediately with topping.
Topping: In saucepan over medium heat beat 2 eggs with fork.
Add sugar, flour, butter, pineapple and juice.
Stir constantly until thick.
Add coconut.
Prick warm cake with fork and pour topping over.

7-Up Cake

Sift flour with baking powder and set aside.
Preheat to 325\u00b0.
Cream soft butter and sugar together.
Add one egg at a time beating well after each egg.
Add flour and baking powder a little at a time.
When all flour mixture is added, beat well. Add 7-Up and lemon extract a little at a time until it is all added.
Beat for 3 to 4 minutes on medium high speed.
Bake in a bundt pan greased with Crisco and sprinkled with sugar.
Bake for 1 hour, or until cake tester comes out clean.

7-Up Cake

Cream the Imperial margarine, Crisco and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Stir in vanilla and almond extract.
Add alternately and beat well the flour and 7-Up.
Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Allow to set in pan for about 10 minutes before turning onto cake platter. Cool, uncovered.

7-Up Cake

Beat with mixer.
Add 7-Up last.
Bake in 13 x 9-inch cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.

7-Up Cake

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Cream butter or margarine; add sugar and mix well.
Add eggs one at a time (mix well after each egg); add sifted cake flour, 1 cup at a time.

Turn batter into 2 well-greased 8-inch cake pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until cake springs back when touched.
Cool, then frost and stack layers, covering top and sides with Coconut-Pineapple Frosting.

7-Up Cake

Mix cake mix, sugar, oil and 7-Up together. Add eggs, one at a time. Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Mix 1 cup powdered sugar and juice of 1 lemon. Pour over cake while still warm to make glaze.
