7-Up Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. butter
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. flour (cake flour)
2 tsp. lemon extract
1 c. 7-Up soda

Preparation

Cream
the sugar and butter together; beat until light. Add eggs,
one\tat a time, and beat well after each egg.
Add flour; beat in flour and 7-Up.
Pour batter in a well-greased and floured tube pan or pan of your choice.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
