In a large mixing bowl, combine first 8 ingredients; mix well.
Store in airtight container in a cool dry place. YIELD: 3 cups mix (enough to make 24 batches of ranch salad dressing). For Ranch Salad Dressing: In a bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of mix with mayonnaise and buttermilk.
Refrigerate until serving.
For Thousand Island Dressing: Add chili sauce and pickle relish to 1 cup prepared ranch dressing.
For Cucumber Dressing: Add cucumber and celery seed to 1 cup of prepared ranch salad dressing.
Mix together Ranch dressing, 1000 Island dressing, mustard and relish. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with chips.
Spread 1000 Island dressing on bread.
On half, place equal amounts of cheese, beef and sauerkraut. Top with remaining bread. In skillet, grill until browned.
Brown hamburger in skillet; drain and cool to room temperature.
Cut lettuce, add tomatoes, onions and cheese. Drain kidney beans and olives.
Add to salad.
Add 1000 Island dressing to hot sauce to salad.
Stir.
Just before serving add chips and cool hamburger.

To make dressing, mash the hard-boiled egg
Combine sauerkraut, onions, parsley and caraway seeds in a bowl; mix well. Layer mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Next layer is the corned beef.
Sprinkle 1 cup shredded cheese on top of mixture. On top of cheese spread 1/4 cup 1000 Island dressing.
Toss together rye bread and butter and sprinkle over dressing. Top entire casserole with 1 cup shredded cheese.
Bake 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
Spread sauerkraut in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Break corned beef up into small pieces over kraut.
Spread grated cheese on as next layer.
Mix 1000 Island and mayonnaise and spread on top of cheese.
Top with bread crumbs or croutons.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted and casserole is warm.
Arrange lettuce leaves, mango and avocado in serving dishes. Top with shrimp and chill until required.
For Thousand Island Dressing, whisk all dressing ingredients together. Season to taste.
Drizzle dressing over salad. Serve with bread and butter sandwich quarters, if you like.
Mix the potatoes, eggs, onion, clery and pickles in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
Add the dressing mixture in small amounts to the potato mixture and stir gently.
Keep adding dressing mixture in small amounts to taste - you may not use the entire batch. Leftovers make great deviled eggs!
This is best when prepared the day before and allowed to refrigerate overnight.
Combine ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Blend with with hand-held mixer until the mixture has the consistency and texture of cottage cheese.
Serve chilled with vegetables commonly used for crudite trays, such as cauliflower, celery, carrots, broccoli, etc.
Beat cream cheese, Thousand Island dressing and milk in a small bowl with electric mixer at low speed until smooth. Stir in crab, red bell pepper, lemon juice and parsley. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to blend flavors. Serve as a dip with Wheat Thins crackers.
Heat oven
to 375\u00b0 in 8-inch square baking dish.
Layer sauerkraut, caraway
seed, 1 cup cheese, 1000 Island dressing, corned beef
and
remaining
cheese.
Toss\tbread
cubes
with melted butter.
Sprinkle
over
top.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until
heated through.
Before serving, sprinkle with parsley. Makes 6 servings.
Toast bread and spread slices with 1000 Island dressing.
Place a slice of cheese on each slice of bread.
Trim asparagus to width of turkey slices.
Roll each asparagus spear in a turkey slice.
Line one slice of bread with the asparagus/turkey rolls.
Top with alfalfa sprouts& the 2nd slice of bread.
Put sandwich on a lightly greased griddle and heat until cheese melts.
Slice on the diagonal (just my preference).
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
In a large bowl, toss together cooked pasta, celery and green onions. Mix in French dressing, thousand island dressing and mayonnaise. Fold in tuna and shrimp. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 3 hours.
Butter a casserole dish, then place corned beef (regular or low-fat) in bottom of dish.
Add sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, Thousand Island dressing, cubes of rye bread and butter or margarine.
Place sauerkraut on top of beef; spread with Thousand Island dressing. Soak rye bread cubes in butter and sprinkle over top.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve with a salad.

In medium saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatine over 1 cup water.
Stir over low heat until gelatine dissolves, about 3 minutes; add remaining water, sour cream, thousand island dressing, lemon juice, salmon, onion, and dill.
Turn into 6 cup mold and chill until firm.
Butter bread on opposite side.
Spoon on Thousand Island dressing; place Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and corned beef on bread. Sandwich and grill on top of stove in a skillet.
