Reuben Casserole(Good For St. Patrick'S Day Or New Year'S Party) - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 to 1 1/2 lb. cooked corned beef (regular or low-fat)
 
16 oz. sauerkraut
2 c. Swiss cheese
Thousand Island dressing
cubes of rye bread
10 oz. butter or margarine
Preparation
- 
                            Butter a casserole dish, then place corned beef (regular or low-fat) in bottom of dish.
 
Add sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, Thousand Island dressing, cubes of rye bread and butter or margarine.
Place sauerkraut on top of beef; spread with Thousand Island dressing. Soak rye bread cubes in butter and sprinkle over top.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve with a salad.
