Mango Shrimp Cocktails - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None baby romaine, leaves separated
    1 None mango, peeled, cut away from pit and sliced
    1 None avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced
    2 1/4 lbs medium cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails intact
    None None Bread and butter sandwiches, crustless, quartered, to serve
    None None For the Thousand Island Dressing
    2/3 cup mayonnaise
    1/3 cup heavy cream
    2 tbsp tomato sauce
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    None None Tabasco sauce, to taste
Preparation
    Arrange lettuce leaves, mango and avocado in serving dishes. Top with shrimp and chill until required.
    For Thousand Island Dressing, whisk all dressing ingredients together. Season to taste.
    Drizzle dressing over salad. Serve with bread and butter sandwich quarters, if you like.
