Brown pork chops. Place on each pork chop a ring of green pepper, filling center with 1 teaspoon raw rice.\tCover with a slice of onion and top with 1 slice tomato.

Mix the tomato soup with the water; pour over casserole.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
