Seven Layer Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-inch layer raw potatoes, sliced thin
    1 layer sliced onions
    1 layer sliced carrots
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. peas and juice
    layer of small sausage or minced beef
    1 can tomato soup, diluted with 1 can water
Preparation
    Layer raw potatoes, sliced onions and carrots.
    Sprinkle rice. Add peas and juice and sausage or beef and cover with tomato soup and water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Cover casserole after first hour.
    Serves 6.
