Chicken Casserole

Put chicken, soups, onion and mixed vegetables in deep, large skillet.
Season to taste.
Add milk or water (approximately 1 cup).
Add noodles and cook until they are tender.
Serve with salad and bread.
A quick and easy recipe for when you are in a hurry.

Amish Country Casserole Recipe

Saute chopped onion in olive oil. Add beef. Cook well. Add can of tomato soup undiluted.
Cook egg noodles according to directions on package. Drain well. Add can of cream of mushroom soup, undiluted.
Grease casserole dish.
Place 1/2 of beef mixture in bottom of casserole. Add 1/2 of noodle mixture. Put rest of beef on noodles. Add remaining noodles. If desired, sprinkle paprika lightly over top of noodles.
Bake in 375 degree F (175 degrees C) oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly.

Scrambled Egg Casserole

Saute ham and green onions in 3 tablespoons butter in a large skillet until onion is tender.
Add eggs and cook over medium-high heat, stirring to form large, soft curds.
When eggs are set, stir in mushrooms and Cheese Sauce.
Spoon eggs into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Combine 1/4 cup melted butter and crumbs, mixing well.
Spread evenly over egg mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and chill casserole overnight.
Uncover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated thoroughly.

Quick Hamburger Casserole

In large skillet, brown meat until lightly browned.
Add salt. Add drained beans and soup; pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Make instant mashed potatoes and spoon in mounds over casserole.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

Banana Bread(Quick Bread - Lite Recipe)

Place walnuts on cookie sheet.
Bake in 350\u00b0 gas oven 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned.
Combine buttermilk and soda; set aside.
Combine sugar and oil; mix well.
Stir in bananas. Combine flours; add to banana mixture alternately with egg whites. Add buttermilk mixture; stir just until blended.
Fold in walnuts.
Pour into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan coated with nonstick vegetable cooking spray.
Bake in 350\u00b0 gas oven 50 to 60 minutes.
Remove from pan; cool on rack.
Yield: 20 servings.

Deviled Egg Casserole

In a 7 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch casserole arrange deviled egg halves, filled side up.
In medium saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour. Add milk.
Cook and stir until thick and smooth.
Add soup and blend.
Stir in lemon juice, ham and mushrooms.
Pour over deviled eggs.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly hot at 325\u00b0.

Quick Beef Casserole

Place green beans in a 1-quart casserole, icy side up.
Cook, covered for 8 to 10 minutes.
Reserve.
Combine beef cubes and onion in a 2 to 3-quart casserole.
Cook, covered with waxed paper, for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.
Add tomato soup, 1/2 cup water, noodles, and green beans to beef cubes. Stir lightly and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook, covered for 8 to 9 minutes.
Stir and let stand covered 3 to 4 minutes before serving.
Yields 4 servings.

Quick Tuna Casserole

Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole; place spinach in casserole. Coarsely flake tuna over spinach.
Drain mushrooms in 1 cup measure.
Add lemon juice and water to make 1 cup.
In saucepan over low heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter.
Stir in flour, onion, salt and season.
Stir in mushroom liquid and cook until thick.

Squash And Egg Casserole

Cook squash and onion in a small amount of boiling water until tender (about 8 to 10 minutes); drain.
Combine squash, onion, Thick White Sauce and eggs; stir well.
Spoon into a lightly greased deep 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Combine breadcrumbs and butter; sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.

Quick Tuna Casserole

Empty tuna into buttered baking dish.
Add cracker crumbs. Pour egg and milk mixture over tuna and crackers.
Cover with grated cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.

Quick Pizza Casserole

Cook ground beef until brown, stir to crumble.
Drain, spoon beef into 8-inch baking dish.
Top with Pizza Quick, then cheese. Combine biscuit mix, milk and eggs.

Quick Pizza Casserole

Combine in skillet the ground beef and onion.
Season with Italian seasoning and brown.
Drain and set aside.
In a separate pan, cook egg noodles according to package directions.
Drain. Add to noodles the mushroom soup, Cheddar cheese soup and spaghetti sauce (optional: extra can mushrooms).
Mix well.
Add in the ground beef mix and mix well.

Quick Noodle Casserole

Prepare oven to 325\u00b0.
Bring broth and water to boil in saucepan.
Add noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Stir in cheese and mushrooms.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is hot.

Microwave Quick Tuna Casserole

Cook noodles in salted boiling water; drain.
Place in microwave casserole dish.
Add tuna, salt and both soups. Microwave 5 minutes.
Add potato chips, rotate dish and cook 4 more minutes.
Top with Cheddar cheese; cook 1 minute.
Let stand 2 minutes and serve.

Pour Pizza Quick sauce over beef.

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bring water and salt to boil.
Slowly stir in grits.
Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Stir a small amount of grits mixture into eggs. Return to saucepan.
Add 1 cup cheese, milk and oleo.
Blend well. Pour into greased casserole.
