Quick Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) frozen spinach, thawed
    2 cans tuna, drained
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    dill or spice to your taste
Preparation
    Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole; place spinach in casserole. Coarsely flake tuna over spinach.
    Drain mushrooms in 1 cup measure.
    Add lemon juice and water to make 1 cup.
    In saucepan over low heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter.
    Stir in flour, onion, salt and season.
    Stir in mushroom liquid and cook until thick.
