Mix all ingredients; form into patties. Put small amount of oil in skillet and fry. Brown both sides. Quick and easy.
Remove skin from salmon.
Add well beaten egg and black pepper.
Use fork and beat up salmon; mix well.
Mixture will be juicy.
Dip by tablespoon into cracker crumbs.
Cover well and fry in small amount of canola oil until brown.
