Quick And Easy Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    1 egg
    1/3 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Drain salmon; set aside 3 tablespoons of the liquid.
    Mix salmon, egg and the onion until sticky.
    Stir in flour.
    Add baking powder to the 3 tablespoons of juice; stir until it foams up.
    Add salmon mixture.
    Form into small patties and fry until golden brown, about 2 1/2 minutes each.
