Quick & Easy Salmon Croquets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. pink salmon
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c corn meal
    1/3 c finely chopped onions
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Drain and debone salmon. Mix in egg, onion, flour, corn meal, and baking powder. Shape into balls and cook in hot oil until brown. Drain on paper towels.
