Quick And Easy Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can pink salmon
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. flour
    dash of black pepper
    Ritz cracker crumbs, rolled fine
Preparation
    Remove skin from salmon.
    Add well beaten egg and black pepper.
    Use fork and beat up salmon; mix well.
    Mixture will be juicy.
    Dip by tablespoon into cracker crumbs.
    Cover well and fry in small amount of canola oil until brown.
    Yield:
    5 or 6 medium croquettes.
