Continue cooking to thicken.

Prune Whip Pie

Sprinkle gelatin on top of water and set aside.
Mix the prune pulp, prune juice, sugar, lemon juice, lemon rind, and salt in a saucepan; cook for two minutes. Add gelatin and water to hot prune mixture, stirring thoroughly, and allow to cool.
Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. When prune mixture begins to thicken, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour filling into baked pie shell, and chill. Before serving, spread thin layer of whipped cream or whipped topping over the pie if desired.

When partly set, beat until frothy.

Pineapple Yogurt Cake

Mix Cool Whip, yogurt and crushed pineapple (drained) together. Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
Prepare cake as directed on box except substitute half water with half pineapple juice and maybe add some crushed pineapple.
When cake cools, add Cool Whip mixture.
Decorate with sliced pineapple and refrigerate.

Strawberry Yogurt Cake

Cut the angel food cake into 3 layers.
Make a frosting with the Cool Whip, yogurt, food coloring and the strawberries.
Frost between the layers and on the sides.
If using a homemade angel cake, use a 12 ounce Cool Whip.
Refrigerate.

Diet Yogurt Pie

Whip yogurt and Cool Whip together and add fresh fruit, if desired.
Add to graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate.
Yield: 1 pie.

Thaw frozen strawberries; drain off excess juice.
Combine Cool Whip, yogurt and berries in large bowl.

Blueberry Yogurt Pudding

In a bowl fold together Cool Whip, yogurt, pie filling and fresh blueberries. Spoon into sherbet glasses. Chill. Garnish as desired. Makes 8 servings.

Mix Cool Whip, yogurt and strawberries.
Put in pie crust and freeze.

Cool Whip Yogurt Pie

SPOON yogurt into medium bowl. Add whipped topping; stir gently with wire whisk until well blended.
SPOON into crust.
FREEZE 2 hours or until pie is firm enough to hold its shape when cut into slices to serve. Store leftover pie in refrigerator

Chewy-Gooey Fruit Cobbler(Heart Healthy Recipe)

Add only enough water to prunes to make puree.

Mrs. Visnevskis' Plumju Putas (Prune Whip)

Put cooked stone-free prunes through a sieve, then mix the pulp thoroughly with the icing sugar and 1/2 tsp orange rind.
Whip the cream with the white sugar, then fold into the prune mixture.
Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle remaining 1/2 tsp orange rind on top; chill thoroughly before serving.
