Beat together 3 egg whites with salt.

Custard: Scald the milk in a double boiler.

Continue cooking to thicken.

Whip yogurt cheese with sugar, egg whites
Mix Cool Whip, yogurt and crushed pineapple (drained) together. Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
Prepare cake as directed on box except substitute half water with half pineapple juice and maybe add some crushed pineapple.
When cake cools, add Cool Whip mixture.
Decorate with sliced pineapple and refrigerate.
Cut the angel food cake into 3 layers.
Make a frosting with the Cool Whip, yogurt, food coloring and the strawberries.
Frost between the layers and on the sides.
If using a homemade angel cake, use a 12 ounce Cool Whip.
Refrigerate.
Whip yogurt and Cool Whip together and add fresh fruit, if desired.
Add to graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate.

Add only enough water to prunes to make puree.
Put cooked stone-free prunes through a sieve, then mix the pulp thoroughly with the icing sugar and 1/2 tsp orange rind.
Whip the cream with the white sugar, then fold into the prune mixture.
Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle remaining 1/2 tsp orange rind on top; chill thoroughly before serving.
